Straight answers
Who supervises the digital employees?
Each digital employee sits in a seat under a named person in the centre, usually the owner physiotherapist or the senior therapist. It covers an administrative or support function under that person's supervision, reports what it did, and stops whenever the supervisor says so. No digital employee sits in the professional core seat.
What does a digital employee never decide?
Anything a physiotherapist is responsible for: an assessment, a treatment, a programme, the answer to a patient about their recovery, and whatever its brief marks as reserved: prices and packages, refunds, anything sent to the health service, an insurer, a doctor or a club, any access to a clinical record. On those it prepares the work and asks before acting; the first message to any outside recipient is always a draft.
Where does it take its data from?
From the clinic management software, the booking channels, the insurer portals, the mailbox and the folders you connect to its seat, and from what the therapists and the reception tell it. Clinical records are read only where the seat is authorised and never by a digital employee on its own. It reads nothing you have not connected, contacts nobody you have not listed and handles personal data only within the systems you already use.
What does it cost?
Each digital employee is billed monthly by price band, shown in your currency on the marketplace before you claim a seat. You claim one seat at a time and can release it; there is no bundle price.
