Gold adds a Cognitive Profile (analytical and numerical reasoning), making you one of the most thoroughly evaluated candidates in any applicant pool. Diamond is reserved for candidates who also earn a certified Skill Proof and rank in the top 20% among peers in their sector — an elite credential that signals exceptional capability.

The system always awards the highest level you qualify for. You can never be downgraded — only upgraded as you complete additional evaluations.
