Partner consultants

Usually someone full time

This one is done by a person.

Hiring of payroll clerks and juniors

Usually nobody

A clerk's notice starts a search through colleagues and training schools, and the first candidates arrive after two people have done the month-end.

Front office and client service

(2)

Front desk, phone and client scheduling

Usually someone full time

Two people at the desk route the calls of six hundred client companies and the agendas of two partners, and the request that arrives by chat has no owner.

New client onboarding and engagement letters

Payroll desk

(3)

Payroll clerks and portfolio processing

Nine clerks close six hundred runs a month and the exceptions of the fourth week fall on the team lead, so every late input costs a weekend.

Client payroll inputs collection and reminders

The first week

What starts after the brief is complete, with every condition kept visible.

  1. A task from the role brief

Once the brief is complete and the Digital Employee is active, Scovai creates a first task from the role definition. An incomplete brief never produces invented work.

  2. A useful daily summary

At 07:30 local time, supervisors and the workspace owner receive yesterday's work, open approvals, incidents, silence and spend. Empty days send no email, except for the quiet Monday check-in.

  3. Phone updates by choice

The push invitation appears only after the first approval request. If you do not enable it, the operational picture remains available in the email summary.

Straight answers

Who supervises the digital employees?

Each digital employee sits in a seat under a named person in the practice, usually the principal consultant or the senior payroll clerk. It covers an administrative or support function under that person's supervision, reports what it did, and stops whenever the supervisor says so. No digital employee sits in the professional core seat.

What does a digital employee never decide?

Anything the principal signs: a payslip, a contract clause, an advice on a dismissal or an incentive, a mandatory communication to the authorities, and whatever its brief marks as reserved: fees and engagement terms, deadlines promised to a client, anything sent to an inspector, a union or a court. On those it prepares the work and asks before acting; the first message to any outside recipient is always a draft.

Where does it take its data from?

From the payroll software, the client portals of the social security and tax authorities, the practice mailbox and the shared folders you connect to its seat, and from what your clerks tell it. It reads nothing you have not connected, contacts nobody you have not listed and handles personal data only within the systems you already use.

What does it cost?

Each digital employee is billed monthly by price band, shown in your currency on the marketplace before you claim a seat. You claim one seat at a time and can release it; there is no bundle price.
