The first week

What starts after the brief is complete, with every condition kept visible.

  1. A task from the role brief

Once the brief is complete and the Digital Employee is active, Scovai creates a first task from the role definition. An incomplete brief never produces invented work.

  2. A useful daily summary

At 07:30 local time, supervisors and the workspace owner receive yesterday's work, open approvals, incidents, silence and spend. Empty days send no email, except for the quiet Monday check-in.

  3. Phone updates by choice

The push invitation appears only after the first approval request. If you do not enable it, the operational picture remains available in the email summary.

Straight answers

Who supervises the digital employees?

Each digital employee sits in a seat under a named person in your studio, usually the founder or the account and project manager. It covers the function under that person's supervision, reports what it did, and stops whenever the supervisor says so. Concept, design, copy and the client relationship stay with your people.

What does a digital employee never decide?

Whatever its brief marks as reserved: in a creative studio that means the creative direction, anything published under the studio's name or a client's, prices and contract terms, payments and any commitment to a client or a freelancer. On those it prepares the work and asks before acting.

Where does it take its data from?

From the project tool, the time tracker, the mailboxes, the invoicing software, the website and the folders you connect to its seat, and from what your team tells it. It reads nothing you have not connected and contacts nobody you have not listed.

What does it cost?

Each digital employee is billed monthly by price band, shown in your currency on the marketplace before you claim a seat. You claim one seat at a time and can release it; there is no bundle price.
