The unified Terms of Service (effective February 26, 2026) was replaced on April 11, 2026 by the role-specific documents above. The Recruiter Terms of Service were renamed Companies Terms of Service and extended to the People Management and Digital Employee services, effective October 15, 2026. If you accepted a previous version, that acceptance remains valid for the period it was in effect.
