What a typical IT services and system integration has to cover

Function by function: how it is usually covered, what hurts, and where a Digital Employee can take the hat under the supervision of whoever wears it today.

Leadership and operations

(3)

Founder and CEO

Usually someone full time

This one is done by a person.

Operations, office management and reception

Usually a shared hat

The office manager is also HR, purchasing, reception for two offices and the person who knows where every contract is.

Digital Employee ยท Administration Plus band

A Digital Employee can cover this function

โ‚ฌ990 /mo

Under the supervision of whoever wears that hat today. It reports what it does and asks before acting outside its brief.

Information security policies and ISO registers

Usually the owner, after hours

The ISO 27001 evidence folder is rebuilt the week before the audit.

Sales and accounts

(6)

New business: prospecting and outbound

Usually a shared hat

Prospecting stops every time delivery gets busy, so revenue arrives in waves.

Digital Employee ยท Sales Core band

A Digital Employee can cover this function

โ‚ฌ490 /mo

Under the supervision of whoever wears that hat today. It reports what it does and asks before acting outside its brief.

See the Digital Employees

Account management and contract renewals

Usually someone full time

Renewals are chased in the last week of the contract, usually by the founder.

This one is done by a person.

Proposals, estimates and pre-sales

Usually a shared hat

Every proposal is a copy of the last one, and the estimate is made the night before the deadline.

Digital Employee ยท Sales Plus band

A Digital Employee can cover this function

โ‚ฌ990 /mo

Under the supervision of whoever wears that hat today. It reports what it does and asks before acting outside its brief.

See the Digital Employees

Public tenders, procurement portals and subsidised-finance calls

Usually nobody

Public tenders are skipped because the compliance matrix takes a week nobody has, and subsidised-finance calls are missed.

The first week

What starts after the brief is complete, with every condition kept visible.

  1. A task from the role brief

Once the brief is complete and the Digital Employee is active, Scovai creates a first task from the role definition. An incomplete brief never produces invented work.

  2. A useful daily summary

At 07:30 local time, supervisors and the workspace owner receive yesterday's work, open approvals, incidents, silence and spend. Empty days send no email, except for the quiet Monday check-in.

  3. Phone updates by choice

The push invitation appears only after the first approval request. If you do not enable it, the operational picture remains available in the email summary.

Straight answers

Who supervises the digital employees?

Each digital employee sits in a seat under a named person: the founder, a team lead or the office manager. It covers the function under that person's supervision, reports what it did, and stops whenever the supervisor says so. Engineering, infrastructure, project management and client relationships stay with your people.

What does a digital employee never decide?

Whatever its brief marks as reserved: production deployments, security and access changes, pricing and contract terms, hiring and personnel decisions, payments and any commitment to a client. On those it prepares the work and asks before acting.

Where does it take its data from?

From the CRM, ticketing, time tracking, mailboxes, calendars and document systems you connect to its seat, and from what your team tells it. It reads nothing you have not connected and contacts nobody you have not listed.

What does it cost?

Each digital employee is billed monthly by price band, shown in your currency on the marketplace before you claim a seat. You claim one seat at a time and can release it; there is no bundle price.
