What a typical IT staffing and outsourcing has to cover

Function by function: how it is usually covered, what hurts, and where a Digital Employee can take the hat under the supervision of whoever wears it today.

General management

(2)

Managing director

Usually someone full time

This one is done by a person.

Executive assistant to the managing director

Usually the owner, after hours

The managing director reads the inbox at night and the follow-ups from client meetings live in the managing director's memory.

Digital Employee ยท Administration Plus band

A Digital Employee can cover this function

โ‚ฌ990 /mo

Under the supervision of whoever wears that hat today. It reports what it does and asks before acting outside its brief.

(3)

Business developer and framework accounts

Usually someone full time

New business depends on one freelance developer of accounts whose pipeline nobody else can see.

This one is done by a person.

Lead generation, trigger research and proposal drafting

Usually a shared hat

Prospecting stops every time a placement is at risk, and proposals are rebuilt from the last one the night before.

Digital Employee ยท Sales Core band

A Digital Employee can cover this function

โ‚ฌ490 /mo

Under the supervision of whoever wears that hat today. It reports what it does and asks before acting outside its brief.

See the Digital Employees

Marketing, website and employer branding

Usually nobody

The website lists services from three years ago, and consultants hear about the company from the recruiter, never from a post.

This one is done by a person.

Bench relocation and requirement-to-consultant matching

Usually a shared hat

Matching a requirement to the bench and to the pipeline is done from memory by whoever has time on Monday.

Usually someone full time

One person matches supplier invoices, prepares payments, chases clients and finds the receipts for the grant reports.

This one is done by a person.

The first week

What starts after the brief is complete, with every condition kept visible.

  1. A task from the role brief

Once the brief is complete and the Digital Employee is active, Scovai creates a first task from the role definition. An incomplete brief never produces invented work.

  2. A useful daily summary

At 07:30 local time, supervisors and the workspace owner receive yesterday's work, open approvals, incidents, silence and spend. Empty days send no email, except for the quiet Monday check-in.

  3. Phone updates by choice

The push invitation appears only after the first approval request. If you do not enable it, the operational picture remains available in the email summary.

Straight answers

Who supervises the digital employees?

Each digital employee sits in a seat under a named person: the managing director, the coordinator, an account manager, an HR specialist, the tender lead or a team lead. It covers the function under that person's supervision, reports what it did, and stops whenever the supervisor says so. Selling, hiring, the account relationship and the bench decisions stay with your people.

What does a digital employee never decide?

Whatever its brief marks as reserved: rate cards and discounts, salaries and offers, which consultant goes to which client, tender participation and pricing, grant co-financing, payments and any commitment to a client, a candidate or a public buyer. On those it prepares the work and asks before acting.

Where does it take its data from?

From the CRM, the candidate database, the procurement portals, the HR and invoicing tools, the mailboxes, calendars and folders you connect to its seat, and from what your team tells it. It reads nothing you have not connected and contacts nobody you have not listed.

What does it cost?

Each digital employee is billed monthly by price band, shown in your currency on the marketplace before you claim a seat. You claim one seat at a time and can release it; there is no bundle price. A company with two territorial units claims the territorial seats once per unit.
