The patterns test your ability to identify rules involving rotation, progression, distribution, and logical operations — without relying on language or cultural knowledge.
Skill Proof lets you certify proficiency in specific skills through timed, AI-generated assessments. Choose a skill (e.g., Python, Project Management, Financial Modeling), complete 15 multiple-choice questions in 30 minutes, and score 70% or higher to earn certification. Certifications are valid for 12 months and contribute to your Talent Passport.

You can retake it. Cooldown periods increase with each attempt: immediate retake after the first attempt, 48 hours after the second, 7 days after the third, and 30 days for subsequent attempts. This encourages genuine preparation between attempts.
Yes. All timed assessments are monitored by the Integrity Shield, which uses behavioral telemetry (keystroke patterns, focus tracking, timing analysis) to ensure fair conditions. Higher levels of monitoring — including optional camera-based proctoring — can be enabled by the recruiting company, always with your explicit consent.
Yes, after a 90-day cooldown. Cognitive abilities are relatively stable, so a 3-month interval ensures your result reflects genuine improvement rather than familiarity with the test format.
