Talent Passport & Certification
How the Talent Passport works, certification levels, and what recruiters see.
The Talent Passport is your verified professional profile — a multi-signal certification that combines CV analysis, psychometric profiling, cognitive assessments, and skill certifications into a single trust score. It tells recruiters not just what you claim, but what's been independently verified by AI across multiple dimensions.
Four progressive levels. Bronze: CV parsed and validated plus at least 1 psychometric assessment completed. Silver: all 3 psychometric assessments completed (Big Five, Culture Fit, Leadership). Gold: Silver requirements plus Cognitive Profile assessment (Raven matrices and reasoning tests). Diamond: Gold requirements plus at least 1 active Skill Proof certification and ranking in the top 20% of your peer cohort.
Complete all psychometric assessments (Big Five, Culture Fit, Leadership Style), pass the Cognitive Profile assessment, earn at least one Skill Proof certification in your area of expertise, and score in the top 20th percentile of your professional cohort. Diamond is the highest signal of verified excellence.
Identity verification (document upload + optional biometric selfie) adds a confidence multiplier to your Passport score. It's not required for any level, but verified candidates receive a small boost (up to 10%) that signals extra trust to recruiters.
Yes. Recruiters on the Elite plan have access to the Certified Talent view, which shows candidates who have earned Gold or Diamond certifications. Your Passport level is also visible when recruiters review your application, giving you a competitive advantage.
Skill Proof certifications are valid for 12 months from the date earned. Psychometric profiles and cognitive assessments do not expire. If a Skill Proof certification expires, your Passport level may be adjusted until you retake and pass the assessment.
