How does interview scheduling work?

Recruiters create available time slots (single or recurring) specifying date, time, duration, interview type (video, phone, or in-person), and location. Candidates see available slots and book directly from their dashboard — no back-and-forth emails needed.

Does scheduling handle time zones?

Yes. All times are automatically displayed in the candidate's browser timezone. If a recruiter in Rome creates a 10:00 CET slot, a candidate in New York sees it as 4:00 AM EST. No manual conversion needed.

Can I add booked interviews to my calendar?

Yes. After booking, you can download an ICS calendar file that works with Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and any other standard calendar app. It includes the interview details, location, and two automatic reminders (24 hours and 30 minutes before).

What if all slots are full?

Each slot has a configurable capacity (e.g., 5 spots). When a slot is full, it's automatically disabled and shown as unavailable. If no slots remain for a position, the candidate sees a message to check back later or contact the recruiter.
