Straight answers
Who supervises the digital employees?
Each digital employee sits in a seat under a named person in your shop, usually the founder or the person who runs customer service or marketing. It covers the function under that person's supervision, reports what it did, and stops whenever the supervisor says so. Buying, pricing and the physical fulfilment stay with your people.
What does a digital employee never decide?
Whatever its brief marks as reserved: in an online shop that means prices and discounts, refunds outside the policy, the advertising budget, anything published under the brand and any change to the live platform. On those it prepares the work and asks before acting.
Where does it take its data from?
From the shop platform, the marketplace accounts, the helpdesk, the email platform, the payout reports and the folders you connect to its seat, and from what your team tells it. It reads nothing you have not connected and contacts nobody you have not listed.
What does it cost?
Each digital employee is billed monthly by price band, shown in your currency on the marketplace before you claim a seat. You claim one seat at a time and can release it; there is no bundle price.
